6 and 7 year old grandchildren LOVE the Trestle Track. The Marbles stay with the track and it does not knock down as easily as so many ball runs out there! Thank you inventors! Engineering at it's best!

My grandson loves to build, mostly freely, because he doesn't like to follow the directions that come with the construction set. He loves to switch it up and make it better by making adjustments. He likes complicated. He likes moving parts. This is an excellent match. Thank you.

The downside is that if the pieces aren't pressed completely together (and I mean meticulously), the vertical structures become wobbly and unstable. It's hard for excited little minds to focus on carefully pressing pieces together, especially since they're all clear, so it's pretty easy to miss when a corner isn't perfectly flush with the next one. (A side note on the clear pieces, they break easily we've had 4 pieces snap already while the kids play and didn't see so they were accidentally sat or stepped on, so we've had to be extra careful about keeping unused pieces in the box and try not to leave any to the side during builds) We tried building on a smooth table top and hardwoo
