Squigz

Product Description

Squigz are fun little suckers!

Apply pressure to two Squigz. Air rushes out and the fun rushes in!

Connecting to each other and to any solid, non-porous surface - Squigz are a species all their own. They flex. They stick. They suck people into creativity.

Once they take hold, it takes some pull to separate them. When Squigz POP! in protest - you’ll have to admit… your hands and ears are shamelessly delighted!

They are flexible fellows and committed joiners. Squigz and fellow Squigz have one chief enterprise - creating things. Willingly, they assemble to become rockets, vehicles, a cushion for the cat, jewelry… they thrill in uniting as a ginormous octopus or squid.

Squigz are scientific sorts - always up for playful experimentation and defying gravity - sticking to bathtubs, windows, school lockers, tabletops, and office desktops. (And they are mannerly guests too - never leaving a trace of their presence.)

Playful curiosity. It's a whole new gig - thanks to Squigz.

“ These are great used on windows and mirrors for motor skills. His therapist all use them to teach him. He has to work hard to get them apart but he is so pleased with himself when he's successful. They are bright and colorful so they keep his attention and he will continue to work at getting better with them. ”

Identified Special Needs Challenges: ADD/ADHD , Learning Disabilities
“ What I can share is our grandson got lost in play. Absolutely wonderful! And, he shared his items with his little brother in play. Nothing better. This toy required focus and intention which were both in action during play. ”

Identified Special Needs Challenges: Down Syndrome
“ We've only had Squigz for a week or so, so I don't have a lot of suggestions, but he seems to enjoy they way that they feel and look and he likes playing with them, with some help. They are easy for him to play with! ”

Identified Special Needs Challenges: ADD/ADHD , Autism , Learning Disabilities , Sensory Integration Disorder
“ Great tool to use during physical therapy to encourage engagement and movement! ”

    Identified Special Needs Challenges: Autism
“ I am using the Squigz to encourage the use of two-handed play. The nature of pulling the Squigz apart from one another utilizes both hands at the same time developing strength and coordination. ”

My nephew's son is two and is having a blast with these. They appeal visually (colorful) and kinesthetically. He can arrange them in a specific order + they have a cause and effect value. The more the merrier.

Our one year old grandson received squigz for his 1st birthday. He loves them! The larger ones are effective teethers:-) He likes to throw them and stick them to the side of the tub. He enjoys the pop they make when he pulls them down. His mom sticks them to his head and tummy which makes him laugh.

This product is so much fun especially in the bath tub. You can make arches and chains and tunnels to allow boats to sail. Encourages imagination.

Bought the 24 piece Squigz for my 2 year old nephew. It was a big hit! He was playing with all this along with the adults at his birthday party; his mother informed me that he was playing with them first thing the next morning. Looks to be a good bath toy.

Love this toy! As a pediatric physical therapist I use it all the time in my practice to suction to mirrors, walls, other toys. Builds strength to pull off. Love it so much bought for my 18 month old. He loves them in the bath. You can find cheaper versions but this product is the right size for little hands to grab, good suction, and rubber holds up well to the occassional chew. Even 10 year old big brother enjoys them!

Gift for our 1yo grandson; he really enjoyed them. Our 4yo granddaughter enjoyed them as well, as did all of the adults! Likely to have many hours of imaginative fun. Soft yet durable.

I initially thought that my 5 year old son would be too old really to enjoy Squigz, so I was surprised when it was one of the very few toys he asked for by name for Christmas this year. A classmate had a few in hand while he was being dropped off for school one day, which is how my son learned of them. We have a new baby in the household as well, and I think that Squigz will be one of the first toys that the two kids can play with together. A very simple toy, but / and evidently kids love it. Note that the package (sort of a lightbulb shape) was extremely difficult for "Santa" to wrap.

We love the Squigz set. I worried that the 24 pack wouldn't be enough, but it's just great! I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and both of them love the set. We play with them in the bath and at church and in the car and in the living room and kitchen. They can be mixed with other toys or stand alone. I got the mini squigz but returned them because they were so small and didn't suction well. We couldn't be happier with the bigger ones!

Bought these for my grandsons (3 yo and 8 months). They were a big hit over the holidays. The baby loved the squishy texture for his very sore gums. A chocking hazard warning on package for under 3 so we would not leave him unattended with them, however due to sizing of all but two pieces we can't see how he could choke. Great toy to have available. Stimulated some fun games with the adults too. The Squigz stick easily to glass window when tossed:)

My 3-year-old nephew loves his Squigs. He likes to build with them and also seems to enjoy the tactile experience of playing with them. His 17-year-old brother is actually having fun with them too!

My special needs son loves this product. We learned about them because they are used in his physical therapy so we bought our own set. My nephew loves playing with them when he is here so we bought him a set for Christmas as well!
