This product has multiple assets including ease of use for a special needs child. My disappointment is that it only comes with enough support pieces to build a couple of items at once. There are more outlier pieces provided than support pieces. By the time you use all the pieces necessary to build a sturdy track - there is minimal left to build cars...in order to build more cars you have to dismantle the track. For the price, I believe more pieces should be provided.

We purchased it as a birthday gift for our 3-year old great grandson. Not only does he enjoy playing with it, but his brothers (ages 10 months and nearly 5 years] enjoy playing with it as well.

I discovered the same color rods don't connect. The magnets repel each other. I found the toy to be highly entertaining and filled with educational potential.

My grandson is only 2 1/2 and loves cars. He immediately liked rolling the car and up and down the ramps. He hasn't quite gotten the hang of building the structure himself to hold the ramps.

The pieces are larger than I expected. MY son loves to build with magformers so I thought he would love this as well. So far he is interested but I think to really draw him in, he would need more pieces. They product has good quality to it, seems like it will withstand play with my 4 year old and 6 year old boys, which sometimes gets rough :) I would recommend this product to little builders!

My boys (ages 5 & 1) received Basic Stunt set as a Christmas gift. Both boys liked this toy so much that we went back to Fat Brain two days later and bought the Mega Ball Run set. These toys entertain and keep both boys engaged. I highly recommend this toy.

This is a great toy. Even the 6,8 and 5 year old plays with it and I got it for the 2 1/2 year old who loves this toy and does not want to share with his brothers or sister. I am for sure getting more of these for my grand children. The magnets are great for building and do not worry they can not get them in their mouths.
