The sound was great. Colors are bright and inviting. Both granddaughters liked playing with them. Each had their color to ring to play the song. Wish the numbers on the handle tops were bigger. So it could teach numbers as well as color instruction. Also wish the music instruction were bigger. Hard to read. The bells tones sounds great! Good introduction to notes make different sounds.

My 4 grandkids love these. Plus, they are extremely durable, colorful, and well made.

I'm told that my 3 year old grandson loves the toy, although he is still figuring out how note-playing works. Just a developmental issue that may change in time. I did, however, laminate the paper with the songs on it. (It's NOT a song book.). There's NO WAY that piece of paper would've lasted very long.

I first purchase a set of these bells for my granddaughter who was four years old at the time. She and her older sister now play them in chords to accompany themselves while they sing. When my 2 year old grandson was visiting his cousins, he loved the bells so much that when it was time to go home, he had to be persuaded ( under some duress) to say "Bye Bye Bells." He said ( very sadly) "Bye Bye bells... (pause) .... ding ding." So this second set is for him!! He is going to love them!!! Thanks for such a great item!!

the bells were much larger and louder than expected-not appropriate for apartment living-my three and a half year old grand daughter had trouble making some of the bells ring because the springs of the ringers were not all the same-my adult children did enjoy playing the simple songs included.

Gave as a Christmas present to 7 year old niece. She loves them! She found the enclosed song sheet (which I didn't know was there.) She gathered everyone together, gave out all 8 bells and called out the numbers of the bells...hence, we all helped her put on a performance! We all enjoyed taking part and I am quite sure that she will enjoy these bells for quite a long time. I can always count on Fat Brain Toys to find just the right gift, at any age, Thank you!

Gave as a gift to friend's granddaughter who is 4. Grandmother reports that the bells have a good quality sound for toy bells and she and granddaughter will have many musical moments together! The colors of the bells are bright and festive and looked to be very good quality. I will purchase again for my granddaughter when she is 4 or 5.

This was a Christmas gift for a soon-to-be 3 year old. She loves it and so do her parents!

I am super impressed by the quality of the product. It is great for kids that have an interest in music, but aren't quite ready to pick up an instrument. Highly recommend!!

I gave this to my granddaughter for Christmas last year and loved them so much I ordered them for another granddaughter this year. We got a group together and played the songs from the included music. When visiting several months later she got them out so we could play again. Lots of fun to create music together.

A fun way to expose children to music. Also great to help develop listening and eye-hand coordination skills. The bells are also beautiful.

Santa gave this to my granddaughter (she asked for it). I am told she loves them and plays with them frequently. She is 3 years old, almost 4 and her younger 1 yr old sister enjoys them too.!

Absolutely wonderful! Clear tones & IN TUNE! Perfect for a wide age range. Our daughter is 3 and easily picked up playing them. Color coded & numbered for ease of learning. Comes with readily recognized songs. A must have for this family.

Our family has enjoyed playing with Rainbow Music Hand Bells. The bells are high quality and are very durable, they have held up to some vigorous ringing, really well.

These are nice quality bells! Sturdy wooden handles, nice tonal quality. Comes with a music sheet showing how to play a number of familiar kids songs. Color and numbers make it easy for kids to learn songs. My 3 year old grandson loves music, and he loves playing with his rainbow hand bells!

The bells are so engaging that my husband and I actually played with them before wrapping up as a gift for our granddaughter. The music sheets are printed with a small font, but my husband enlarged and are now much easier to see.

I bought the bells to use with small groups of grandchildren. I like the need for cooperation and sharing. I like the clear tones and the bells staying well-tuned. Easy to build music knowledge. The girls (4 and 8) were very involved and willing to keep practicing to make it sound better. Making up their own songs. Not so fond of the bell's clappers. Action is a little hard to control. Waiting for my grandsons to use them.
