This book was absolutely not appropriate for a toddler or young child. I tried to read to my 3 year old granddaughter and could not even pronounce the names of the dinosaurs and even came across a name that started with " fuk". We usually enjoy reading these poke a dot books having 2 others but definitely not this one!

Poke-A-Dot books are so interactive, our grandkids love them. They are a great learning tool and interactive. Unfortunately, Poke-A-Dot! Dinosaurs A to Z doesn't seem to interest them as much. Poking the dots is still fun, but the content is pretty laborious and they lose interest. In general, Poke-A-Dot books attract more toddler age kids, but the content in this book is too advanced for them to learn from.

Love all the Poke-A-Dot books, but this one has so much information about dinosaurs, a family member bought one too for her friends toddler!! It's a strong, interactive board book that should last for years!
