Peg A Pattern

Corner pegs did not hold the "templates" very well on the wooden base. Therefore my four-year-old granddaughter had difficulty putting the pegs into the holes.

As soon as I gave my granddaughter the Peg A Pattern, for her 4th birthday, she played with it all day. She loved making her "creations".

This is the second peg a pattern I've bought because we travel to Florida for the winter months and wanted to have this excellent fine motor toy in both places. My daughter has severe Sensory Processing Disorder that greatly affects her ability to use her hands and fingers and with Peg a Pattern she excels. She also can choose what colors she wants the pictures to be instead of following an already colored picture.

Good quality product, the patterns are paper but very heavy coated card stock and they hold up well. The pegs are small but big enough for those with mobility challenges to grasp. The pegs fit very loosely so the pattern does slide around a bit and you will want a sensory bin or small tote to keep everything together.

My 5 year old grandson loved the peg a picture from the moment I opened the box for him. I watch him twice a week and I believe this will enhance his experience with me. Only wish I could order additional pegs!

Great quality toy! My 3 year old son and 6 year daughter both have enjoyed it! Great for building fine motor skills.

I anticipated the pegs would hold in place securely. The fit is very loose and easy for little hands to bump and mess up their own work.

Cute toy for 3 1/2 year old. Lots of different sheets and fun to play with colors. Another great toy and good price

I've bought this gift twice & for a 6 year old & a 4 year old. Both loved following the patterns & also the option of creating their own patterns! I would purchase it again!

I really love this toy! Even I want to play with it haha. It's well made and pretty durable. I love the variety and amount of full color coated templates included. Great for creativity and artistry. It's also just satisfying to piece together all the pins and see your final work. The only con is that the pins once inserted are very loose, meaning that if your hand moves the sheet, the pins will all come out. A tiny improvement would be if the corner pins were more secure/tighter/fastened in some way.

I bought this for my 4 year-old granddaughter. She absolutely loves it. She has a 6 year-old sister who also plays with it. They like to race to see who can finish faster. I am very satisfied with this item..

I bought this for my four year old granddaughter and she loved it. As with all toys I have purchased from this company, it was made extremely well. It even comes with a cloth bag to store the pegs in, I believe this toy will give her hours of fun for many years to come. It would make a great gift for a wide age group, both boys and girls.

Super fun and cute patterns. Good practice for motor skills and get to create a unique picture each time!

I gave this to a favorite 4-year-old for her birthday this week. She was SOOO excited! The family went out to dinner for her birthday and Ellie said as dinner was ending, "Can we go home now so I can play with my new Peg Game?" This activity has so many wonderful options for creating again and again and is excellent for concentration and eye-has coordination!

I'm a pediatric OT and I purchased this for work. The kids love it. Great fine motor strengthening and precision work. Only downfall is the pegs are so hard to get out! It's still worth it, but save the time to help your kids get the pegs out :). It's giving me a good fine motor workout as well!

Haven't opened it since it's for Christmas but looks cute. Smaller than I thought though for the price.

Gave this to our 5 year old daughter for her birthday. She received several other gifts, but this was the first one she and her older brother wanted to play with. We'll made and provides plenty of freedom to explore. Nice gift

Peg a Pattern was purchased for a 3 year old. 3+ on the box. She enjoyed playing, but because of the small peg pieces you really had to monitor her or pieces would have been easily lost. 6 year old sister enjoyed playing with it as well. Kept both girls occupied for awhile.
