A favorite of our 3yo grandson. It has helped me be able to know the proper names of the dinosaurs and teach him while we are reading. I like that there is a little "latch" piece to keep the book closed, but was surprised that the book is so small. I am accustomed to children's books being large with large print, but it is a good size for children's hands. Very colorful art. A must have for children who love dinosaurs.

The book is smaller than desired, but beautifully illustrated. My 3 year old grandson was very interested in it when he first opened it on his birthday, and returned to it a few times between opening other gifts and throughout the day. Considering the volume of large dinosaur gifts he received (and already has), that's saying something. Being on the smaller side, I foreseen it getting "lost" more easily.

This item went to our Great Grandson Nolan. His parents said when he opened it he was excited for dinosaurs! He loves anything about dinosaurs, i.e. shirts, games, books, etc. So this item was 100% a win!
