We Make Returns Easy!
We completely understand that, while one toy might be a huge hit with one child, it might be a total dud for another child. That’s why we want to make the return process as easy for you as possible. If at any time in the next 90 days, you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a printable return shipping label to be deducted from your refund/credit at a flat-rate cost of $7.99 (even for the big items). All you have to do is print it off, box up the item, and drop it off at your nearest UPS store!

Are You Returning a Gift?
When returning a gift, you need not worry about whether or not the sender will be informed. We will simply send you an email containing a Fat Brain Toys gift certificate for the amount of the item(s) being returned, minus the cost of return shipping. The gift certificate can then be used for a new purchase at your leisure!

Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 1-800-590-5987 or email us at cs@fatbraintoys.com so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.

Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
If merchandise is returned in “as-new” condition in its original packaging within 90 days of purchase, a credit for the item, minus the return shipping cost, will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit, minus the return shipping cost, will be issued in the form of a Fat Brain Toys gift certificate. All returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Fat Brain Toys. Returns we receive that have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the customer’s end will be limited to a store credit. Personalized items are non-returnable.

Orders Outside of the 48 Contiguous United States
Unfortunately, if you are located outside of the 48 contiguous United States, we cannot provide a return shipping label for any returns due to the higher cost of shipping.
