Well, I should have researched my choice of books in the series. I started off with the most challenging book, when I should have started off more basic for my three and five year old grandchildren. I did buy a magnifying glass to help with identification. I'm wondering if there is a an answer key for the location of items. The construction of the sets was amazing and I think it would be fun to construct one of those. As a matter fact my grandson and I turned his Tommy the train table into investigation area.

Our five year old grandson loves this book! His parents told me that it's a "keeper" and that they expect his younger sister will enjoy it in a few years! My 2 grandkids love these books. This on was obtained with the idea of the 4 1/2 year old helping her 2 year old brother with words and finding the objects. The granddaughter went through all of the easy "I Spy" books when she was 2 1/2 years old.
