Needs better instructions for creating the setup on the instruction sheet. It is not clear which blue pieces go in the stacks or the cross pieces used in "B" and/or "C".

My four year old grandson loves the gears toy. He is a tinkerer by nature and loves building things with the gears. I highly recommend this for boys or girls that like to use their imagination and their hands.

My grandson loves it! I bought him the beginning gear set in December and now he can add to the second set.

This is the 2nd installment of Gears Gears Gears for my granddaughter. She loved the beginners set and loves this Robot gears set too. As she ages, I will purchase the next gears set which is progressively harder for her age group. They are perfectly challenging and interesting at her level.

My 3yo loves this toy. It is educational and creative all in one. Dad and grandpa like to play, too!

I thought he would interact with the toy more than he did.

I was with him when he opened it and he loved it; don't know about continued use at this time but this is a kid that loves to put things together so I think it will be used in many creative ways.

This was a Christmas present for my 5 year old son. He really wasn't that into it and I spent awhile trying to get it together and working. Once I finally did the cogs with the handles that you spin come off easily. My son kept getting frustrated that the gear with the handle would come completely off when he tried to turn it. He didn't seem that impressed and I doubt it will get much use at all. I will keep trying. It almost seems like it's a little complicated to put together to do compl

My 3 1/2 year old nephew loves building and playing with things and is really excited about figuring out all of the different things he can do with these.
